TMT-1500 BORING HEAD
The TMT Boring Heads are the smallest in the Criterion line to feature threaded backs. The TMT-1500 accepts all the shanks with a 7/8-20 thread that are shown in the V-Flange & BT Shanks and the Shanks & Adapters sections. It is an ideal choice for screw machines, small turrets and light horsepower milling machines. The TMT-1500, features a direct reading dial screw and has a single 1/2" capacity hole.

TMT-2375 BORING HEAD
The TMT-2375 differs from the TMT-1500 only in the bar holder. This unit features two 3/8" capacity holes and like the TMT-1500, it also has a direct reading dial screw. Because the bar holders on the TMT series are interchangeable, only one boring head body (the unit that contains the dial screw) is needed if a change-over is required. With its threaded back it can easily be adapted to a wide variety of machines.

The 002 Series boring heads are especially effective where space is at a premium. This model features a single-hole bar holder with a 1/2" diameter tool capacity.

The integral shank is available in diameters of 1/2, 5/8 and 3/4 inches. As in all Criterion Heads, these units feature a direct reading dial screw and are an ideal choice for your small turrets and screw machines.

With the exception of the bar holder, the DBL-152 Series head is identical to the 002, shown above.

This unit features a two-hole bar holder with a 3/8" diameter tool capacity. The extra hole, although smaller in diameter than the 002, gives this head a slightly larger boring range. A tool of many uses, these Tinymite heads could easily become one of the more important items in your machine shop.
